The property hadn't been updated since the 50's. This apartment lays within a stunning building in the second largest City in the Czech Republic. The walls are solid brick and the floors when ripped up revealed a stunning parquet floor, which we polished up. We removed a built in cupboard in the long hallway, and with its height added lighting to run its length below the high ceiling and brightening up the space. The bathroom and kitchen were completely redesigned and original doors all made good and the property painted throughout. This now popular property has been rented since the completion of renovation to date.
