A beautiful Victorian Property stuck in the 70's had a complete renovation, taking it back to the bare brick. Being in a Conservation area, we replaced the old aluminium windows with sash to replicate the originals, and a new door, and new efficient central heating. We were then able to reconfigure what was a drafted house into a functional open plan home. Electrics and central heating done throughout and new Kitchen installed and new wet room upstairs. This property was rented on completion of the renovation.
