At this property, we undertook a full restoration of the Grade II Listed building set in a Conservation Area.

Major works included a single storey extension, new main roof and the installation of a complex plant room with sophisticated leak detection system.

Inside marble bathrooms and bespoke joinery were fitted, along with a custom solid Portland Stone staircase with hand-carved mahogany handrail. We also added a one-of-a-kind lantern rooflight with hand-carved finials and installed a dog shower.

Outside the finishing touches were a full DOFF and Keim restoration of the facades, and the creation of a newly designed and landscaped garden.
