We built a 3000sqft new property designed by Square Feet Architects for a client and his family. The work involved knocking down an old bungalow and in its place, a three-storey residence.

A key aspect of our work was the groundworks and creation of a new basement due to the height restriction of the Hampstead Conservation area. With the construction of the ground floor first before work on the basement level.

The result is a beautiful family home with a modern interior design featuring luxurious fittings and materials.
