Working with boutique developer Fruition Properties, Hummingbird was commissioned to lay a quality-finish floor which was impactful and also suitable for use with underfloor heating.
The client had a specific look in mind and Hummingbird sourced an engineered product that met their requirements. Installation for the two duplex apartments was carried out over three days, with an extra day to apply the finishing oil.
