The client wanted a strong, statement floor in their living room. They chose a thermo-treated engineered oak floor. The boards varied in length between 1000mm and 2200mm, and width stayed consistent at 180mm. As the sub floor was in a good condition, we were able to undertake a floating installation which was beneficial to the homeowner as it provided additional heat and sound insulation.
