This stunning staircase provides a fantastic focal point to the property. The treads were clad in the same timber as used throughout. So the herringbone, plank flooring and stairs were all part of the same range and finish but each had its own style and feel.

The herringbone planks were used as a feature element in the centre of the room and to create a border detail. A 3mm antique brass strip was used to define the detailing and to provide the finishing touch.
