This property is located in the Avenues, a conservation area in Kensal Rise. We relocated the kitchen to make the apartment open plan, and fitted a breakfast bar, lacquered furniture and marble affect worktop, making sure that the space was in keeping with the flat as a whole but also kept it own personality. We laid oak flooring through to the living area so the two rooms blended seamlessly together.
