County Durham industrial floor coatings and painting specialist contractors Resin Flooring North East Ltd have installed 200m of High Build epoxy floor coatings at the new industrial unit of Quest Deliveries based in Horden County Durham.

The concrete substrate was prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove a defective paint coat and to provide a key for the new epoxy resin flooring system. The carefully prepared substrate was then vacuumed to romove all traces of dust and debris.

A coat of clear epoxy primer was then applied to the carefully prepared substrate and allowed to cure overnight. Two further coats of High Build epoxy coating were then applied to the primed concrete substrate in the colour Kingfisher Blue to complete the operation.
