Industrial commercial and domestic garage floor coating specialists Resin Flooring North East Ltd have installed 30m2 of high build epoxy coatings in the double garage of a residential property in Framwellgate Moor County Durham.
The concrete substrate was prepared by dust free diamond grinding to remove latience and to provide a key for the new epoxy floor coating system. The carefully prepared concrete substrate was then vacuumed to remove all traces of dust and debris.
High build epoxy primer was then applied to the carefully prepared concrete substrate encapsulating the surface and allowed to cure. An epoxy scratch coat was then applied to the primed substrate to completely seal the surface.
Two coats of high build epoxy floor coatings were then applied to the primed and sealed substrate in the colour Sterling grey to complete the operation.
