Originally a small 2 bedroom 1950's brick bungalow. The project renovated the whole property into a 4 bedroom Chalet Bungalow. There was significant amount of bespoke work which included the rear glazed box dormer which features a glass corner which looks onto surrounding fields. In addition to the glass box dormer a completely custom staircase was also designed and built by Gostwick Architecture. The transformation was completed with anthracite grey composite timber cladding and rendered off white.
