Originally the scheme had permission for a tandem garage which was half built when I was commissioned. The client wanted to change to a double garage which we achieved planning permission for.

There were also some foundation issues and a new raft foundation had to be designed by the Structural Engineer.

The garage has now been signed off by Building Control and we are just awaiting the garage door to arrive on site.
