This listed building, opposite Blackheath, has benefited from the construction of new glazed rear extension, double height side extension (housing the new staircase to the basement), and extension and refurbishment of the existing basement to provide natural light and views to the garden.

A sensitive retrofit approach throughout the house sees new materials bring a contemporary feel to the Victorian shell.
