Patten Road Full Rennovation and Extensions

Our concept was to take the Victorian building – and by extending and rearranging it – to provide a light filled and expansive layout throughout – a house that feels more spacious on the inside than it appears from the outside!

We opted to expose the roof structure, which delivered greater elevation internally and provided the opportunity to glaze between the structural timber beams – lightening the appearance of the roof. The extension is covered with a green sedum roof.

We opted to expose the roof structure, which delivered greater elevation internally and provided the opportunity to glaze between the structural timber beams – lightening the appearance of the roof. The extension is covered with a green sedum roof.
