This client thought they needed an expensive extension to achieve the space they wanted for the family. We are simply moving a couple of internal walls and rearranging the layout of the downstairs, to give them every thing they wanted. We have designed a new kitchen for them, with a family room and dining space. Then there is the lounge that we are completely redecorating but using existing furniture, saving money again but making all their existing pieces pop and feel fresh again.
