Noel & Judy approached JCJ Construction with their vision to drastically increase their living space and to convert an existing old outbuilding.

It was proposed that a new large single storey extension would be constructed to create a new kitchen & dining area. The project also included converting an old outbuilding into a new impressive master bedroom and splitting the existing garage in two to make a utility room.

Following consultation with the architect, it was agreed JCJ Construction would carry out all the works.

The project included:

– Flat roof system with stunning large roof skylights
– Full width glass sliding bi-fold doors
