JCJ Construction was approached by the owners with their ideas to create an additional bedroom and bathroom and also give the house a complete makeover.

Following several consultations it was agreed that JCJ would construct a dormer to create the additional space needed for a new bedroom and bathroom. It was also decided JCJ would completely transform the house by refurbishing the entire property.

The project included:

– Reconfiguration of loft space to create 3 bedrooms
– Creating a new bathroom
– Installation of a new bespoke kitchen
– Redecorated throughout the house
– New plumbing and electrics
