JCJ Construction were contracted by James and Lynn to create additional living space at the period home in Sussex. Architect Jo Saddy from EcoTecture created designs for a single storey side extension which would give James and Lynn an additional living room, bathroom and music room without impacting on their existing home.

The new living space can be accessed via a bespoke staircase which helps connect the new to the old and has double aspect ceilings flooding it with light.

The project included:
– Split level side extension
– Exposed brick internal walls
– Bespoke staircase
– External timber cladding
– New shower room and associated plumbing
