MCB Developments refurbished this purpose-built maisonette on a terrace street in Fulham, just a stone’s throw from the River Thames. After looking over the architect’s plans, we realised that it was necessary to alter the design slightly to maximise the space available. We then proceeded to create a state-of-the-art property.

As soon as this stunning property reached the letting market, it resulted in a bidding war between prospective tenants.
