I can't express how Professional, Michael and his team are at MCB Developments. Approachable, diligent and highly skilled with a great ability to communicate all helped make our build seamless and easy (and I tend not to use 'Easy' with construction projects). It was truly a pleasure to work with him, and we are already planning our next build together. I couldn't recommend MCB developments enough - especially if you are looking for high quality, on time and well planned builds!

I am the architect for the Henshaw Street project and have been very impressed with MCB Developments from start to finish. Michael and his team understood the project straight away and carried out the build as described in the drawings. Their attention to detail is second to none, they've achieved very high quality finishes throughout the job. I have worked closely with MCB Developments on a number of projects and they have delivered an excellent service every time. The work was carried out to a very high standard and MCB were always prompt with answering any queries I had. Overall a very professional service and I will be using them again for future projects.

We worked with MCB Developments to completely extend and refurbish our house. They designed and built our loft and rear extensions and were fantastic to work with throughout the whole project. They were very organised and efficient and made a number of suggestions which resulted in a cheaper build and better finished product overall. The work was carried out to the highest standards and came in on budget and on time despite some unforeseen problems arising in which they were proactive in overcoming. The workmanship is excellent and the attention to detail went beyond our expectations. They manufactured and installed a beautiful bespoke kitchen which is the hub or our home as well as a number of fitted wardrobes and vanity units. Michael and his team were very easy to work with, efficient, tidy and polite. We have already recommended them to our friends and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Michael and his team worked on our maisonette in Fulham during 2019 throughout the process they were professional and provided a top quality result. Michaels ability to appease tricky neighbours was much appreciated and has made for continuing good relationships for us. Since the completion of this project we have engaged MCB Developments on another project and are really happy with the results so far, completion expected in the New Year.

Professional and trustworthy team who do quality refurbishment projects. Bridge Road was done quickly and on budget, It was then rented within 3 days of going on the market for above asking price. It has since been sold at asking price during the second covid lockdown which I'm sure only happened due to Michael's great work. I have since started working with MCB Dev team on another project which I'm hoping they will finish soon.

Highly recommended for exceptional quality of work and superb service. MCB Developments undertook a complete refurbishment of my Victorian terraced house, creating an ensuite bathroom and new family bathroom as well completely replacing the kitchen, fixing leaks and damp and redecorating to a high standard. The service from Michael is exceptional, always consulting me and making very thoughtful suggestions that raised the quality of finish to the highest level. A beautiful custom made kitchen completed a top quality job from roof to ground floor and a really lovely house is the result. Michael was considerate with my (sometimes difficult) neighbours and I could manage the entire project from a distance as I was working away from home. I could not be more happy withe the results and thoroughly recommend MCB Developments.
