Studio Hei Architects

I recently photographed a residential project for Studio Hei. Photography means I spend a lot of time looking at a project and my background is in architecture so it is always interesting to consider projects in detail while I work. Studio Hei had created a beautiful, light-filled home with a careful use of materials that brought with it a real sense of warmth and comfort. Each room was well-considered, from the biggest to the smallest, and the conversion of the loft space into a bright sun-filled studio was superb. Would definitely recommend!

We have built out project for Studio Hei and found they to be fantastic to work with. Will has a particular eye for detail in both concept design and the working drawings which allows for a good quality finish. Will really understands the intersection of design/ engineering/ cost and regulations and this is key for urban developments. I worked with Studio Hei for a complete refurbishment of a victorian townhouse with the various planning permissions that were required. Will ran the process and I was very happy with his fast communications, attention to detail and his flair for interesting ideas. Upon the success of this build and our collaboration, I developed a garden eco lodge with Will and his team.
