This started off as a rather gloomy room and the clients wanted a bright and colourful space with eclectic pieces throughout. We took the bold decision to paint the floor boards which really lifted the space and gave us the perfect backdrop for the richly coloured pieces we sourced. Paring rich tones on a light backdrop gives instant contrast and therefore impact.
