This loft extension has a charming and contemporary feel, full of natural light and warm tones. The floors, walls and ceilings, and also the wardrobe doors are finished in micro-cement. The accent wall, covered with a tropical leafage wallpaper, compliments the textured surface and relates back to the views of the tree canopies outside. The reclaimed timber headboard and bathroom furniture add to the warmth and charm. This extension is in a conservation area, yet we were still able to gain planning permission for a dormer extension on the front and rear of the roof.
