OpenSection House
A contemporary re-imagining of a Victorian London terraced house.
Open plan houses are now fairly commonplace and offer a great sense of space. However, this house is also open on the vertical axis, not just the horizontal - with a double mezzanine creating a unique 'open section' space. The back half of the house has a triple height space, opening up to a large roof window, allowing natural light to flood the whole house and helping to ventilate the space.
