Shower: Want 2 shower heads, 1 for each of us. Rain shower heads can't be used them without getting hair wet, and don't have strong jets for rinsing hair, I don't think they are great. Toilet: Washlet sounds cool, bit needs power by the toilet so plan accordingly.
Moen irrelevant - I want a 1-handle arc pulldown
floating ceiling panel concept

Saved to remember David Alan table, guy in Solana Beach. We DON'T want a table like this, just a dining table.
One of his tables, but can get modern legs. wWe want the wood with bark edges. (not wood like this). www.TheDavidAlanCollection.com
WOOD ITEMS AMAZING
like the barstools, good color, look comfortable. Like the floor, cabinet color (for lowers), + white-ish etc
I like the backlight shelves, would be nice for travel items
interesting rack to hang laundry, need a hanging bar - but I don't like the look of this one.
I like there's a lot of white but then random wood, traditional, even antique. I like that IT WORKS together - not that I want it in this balance (too much white).
OFFICE THOUGHTS. This is the sort of desk nook I probably need upstairs & LOVE having a VIEW (don't want/need it to look like a full "office" just creative space): A surface to spread out files/papers while working on them (but then I store them neatly, prefer out of sight, so drawers or cabinets). A spot for laptop + external drives. ROB'S OFFICE: One letter file drawer in Rob's area for live files, as well as we need "cold storage" of two large file boxes. We need office equip area - one printer (or 2 depending on my location) with paper, a 3 hole punch, and a small array of office desk supplies. In Rob's area is fine, I can walk there, I don't want 2 of that stuff. Surplus supplies stored out of sight. Biz binders out of sight. Recycle bin for mail.
I like the pull out better use of space, can see everything. But in general prefer a walk in with great access to items.
I like the simplicity, the leather color, light. Looks supportive but might be too tilted back.
Simple, light, classy, looks comfortable even though it doesn't have a back
Comfortable, classy, lots of light so cabinets don't feel dark. I like this blue for something, looks good with desert fire colors, orange, yellow, saguaro green
Hmmm Maybe SWIVEL LR chairs? great idea to spin toward kitchen, dining table. I like the comfortable, relaxing, focus on the beauty outside. Interior reminds me of a muted Southwest look.
Like air under it, natural color and fabric, IF it's comfortable. Low line of site might be good for LR
I like the accent chair. Natural, airy. But has to be comfortable too.
I LOVE THESE. Move them around as needed, for beverages or a laptop stand
simple clean maybe comfortable
light, simple, maybe comfortable
light simple
light, maybe comfortable? leather appeals to me in this color and simplicity
nice focus on the view, a potential redo of our fireplace and TV area. LOW FURNITURE at view window.
display thing behind couch is interesting, although not sure I "like" it. Interesting to use a low profile bench in front of window.
ahhhh powder room. I am not looking for this look, just simply that it is relaxing and lovely, A nice little space as opposed to what we have now.
Clean AZ contemporary
AZ contemporary I think.
great mix! cool warm hard soft
would love an outdoor shower by pool, to continue without chlorine.
calm, retreat. clean, natural wood, warm and cool, contrast of stone (ish) flooring
Calming. low profile for view. warm floor. turquoise pop. eyes led outside. high windows let in light.
Might be perfect. does remodel
NAILS IT, may be the one.
Q. can lodgepoles turn into stone or something we like more? A. Yes.
making the most of the view, clean simple. wood, white, stone
Mirror on right refects more of the view!? LOVE THAT.
fountain
