Frisco Loft ideas
HUH. Where can I go with this???
What about this in the corner made by the mechanical??? Water heater on the other side!
Curves are in again! Oh goody. Even round pillows.
Was already thinking of a tulip table and I LOVE neon!
This would be cool on the upper shelves of the kitchen if we don't lower the soffit.
I like the stack of the TV and the fireplace. This would work on the east wall where the old entertainment center was. Was thinking of a bump out anyway for a fireplace, and the TV above could help me make separate spaces also.
If I have to lower the soffits when I remove the cabinets, why not have an upper shelf area instead? Like this with no doors?
Maybe I should consider wood doors/glass fronts? More guest friendly and avoid paint chips??
I love the large bold art and the colors!
storage!
Check out the inexpensive flower wall art! Can get some mod flowers in a white matted frame pretty cheap!
Swing arm sconces over sink! Like it.
under cabinet lighting. How cool.
This was a bent metal stair that they used to replace a close circular stair. Interesting and better, if you could use less space and utilize the wall and what's under it.
Floor to ceiling wood planks covered with a high gloss black paint. Low firebox, high impact art.
If I put in a wall fireplace, it would be a great place for a mod picture!
They STOLE my feather idea!!! I just love it. This teak wall could be made with trailer flooring and look fab.
Hmmm.. Must consider for the loft area. And I LOVE the feet on that table!
Love the amber lighting that creates the soft effect. These are cutouts in an interior wall. This could be done in my bath idea at the Frisco Loft, but would have to work on a switch since they would be high on the bath wall.
Wonder if we can use flat panel light wood doors with existing cabinets?
Love the whole look! The open space under the sinks was designed for aging in place walkers/chairs, but looks fab! Also like the medicine cabinets look and storage.
stair
LOVE the screen!!!!!
Duct work and electrical
They have ducting following the walls.... still efficient ?
With this type of glass, the door becomes something you could use in apartment settings. Would be FAB as an interior door from garage to living space at College also! Apartments??
shelves. Could be an idea for the condo also, as it saves so much space.
