Hillcrest ConstructionThese clients looked to Hillcrest Construction to design and remodel three bathrooms at their West Chester, Pa home. This part of the remodel included all fixtures and finishes in the hall bath being replaced and a custom vanity being designed, constructed, and finished to better suit the updated storage needs of their family. The original 1980s acrylic tub was replaced by a classic cast iron alcove tub and the shower niche layout was designed to facilitate both a quick morning rinse or a long evening soak. The original mosaic floor tile and plastic tub surround were supplanted by large format tile on the floor and walls with an eye-catching sea-green listello wrapping the shower area. This hall bath project offered the perfect update to the bathroom shared by guests, grown kids returning home from a college break, and all others enjoying a fresh start to their day.

After the homeowners purchased the home in the Spring of 2021, they engaged TEROTTI to reimagine the primary and tertiary bathrooms. The peaceful and subtle material textures of the primary bathroom are rich with depth and balance, providing a calming and tranquil space for daily routines. The terra cotta floor tile in the tertiary bathroom is a nod to the history of the home while the shower walls provide a refined yet playful texture to the room.

Paradigm InteriorsThis award-winning classic and retro bathroom packs a punch! This bathroom project was part of a multi-room remodeling and design project in Winter Park. The clients wanted a bold wallpaper and a feminine look to the space, but didn't want the room to feel like it didn't belong to the rest of the home. We used a similar color palette and included mid-century accents in the space to help carry tie this bathroom in with the rest of the house. The bold peacock wall paper pattern was an homage to the home's Winter Park location. Classic white shaker cabinets got a little glam treatment with oversized brass and acrylic hardware.

Working in the exact footprint of the previous bath and using a complementary balance of contemporary materials, fixtures and finishes the Bel Air Construction team created a refreshed bath of natural tones and textures.
Aleto Construction GroupHome makeover on the Hill. An adorable home on the Hill was calling for an updated kitchen and bathroom. Working with the homeowner we redesigned the new spaces to offer functional space for both storage and entertaining. When renovating the existing addition on the back of the home, we noticed the current addition was falling off. We jumped right in and redesigned and delivered a safe new addition to become home to the new bathroom, extending the mudroom for more spacious space and was even able to install a stackable washer drawer cabinet for first floor access. The hardwood flooring was extended into the space so it looks as though it had always been there.
