The bespoke marble floating vanity unit, with functional storage, is both functional and beautiful. The full-height mirror opens the space, adding height and drama. the brushed brass tap gives a sense of luxury and compliments the simple Murano glass pendant.
West One Bathrooms LtdThe clients wanted to create a visual impact whilst still ensuring the space was relaxed and useable. The project consisted of two bathrooms in a loft style conversion; a small en-suite wet room and a larger bathroom for guest use. We kept the look of both bathrooms consistent throughout by using the same tiles and fixtures. The overall feel is sensual due to the dark moody tones used whilst maintaining a functional space. This resulted in making the clients’ day-to-day routine more enjoyable as well as providing an ample space for guests.

The house is designed to be harmonious with its traditional neighbors, with divided lite windows, and hip roofs. The roofline of the shingled house steps down with the sloping property, keeping the house in scale with the neighborhood. They demolished it and rebuilt it as a brand-new two-story home to house both her retired parents in an attached ADU in-law unit, as well as her own family of six. Though there is a fire door separating the ADU from the main house, it is often left open to create a truly multi-generational home. KrimsonHAUSThis master bathroom remodel was a lot of fun. We wanted to switch things up by adding an open shelving divider between the sink and shower. This allows for additional storage in this small space. Storage is key when it comes to a couple using a bathroom space. We flanked a bank of drawers on either side of the floating vanity and doubled up storage by adding a higher end medicine cabinet with ample storage, lighting and plug outlets.
