Avec les rendus 3D, le but du projet était de pouvoir visualiser les différentes solutions envisageable pour rendre plus chaleureux le salon, qui était tout blanc. De plus, il fallait ici réfléchir sur une restructuration de la bibliothèque / meuble TV.
Nicole Arnold InteriorsGarden florals and colors were the inspiration for the total renovation and refurnishing of this project. The client wished for a bright and cheerful home to enjoy each day. Each room received fresh appointments and waves of colorful touches in furnishings, art, and window treatments- with plenty of nods to the client’s love for gardening. The bathrooms are the most fun botanical interpretations! The owner’s bath features a Carrera marble shower wall treatment, reminiscent of a sweet flower, along with a foliage-inspired chandelier and wallpaper. The secondary bath is like walking through a colorful rainforest with bold hues extending throughout the room. The plum vanity and Caribbean blue shower accent tile complement the wallpaper perfectly. The entire home flows from room to room with colors that inspire joyful energy. Painted furniture pieces, a multicolored striped settee, and powerful pillow fabrics are just some of the fun items that bring this once understated home into a whole new light!

TVL Creative Ltd.This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics.
Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements.
Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper.
Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.

Cyr Kitchen and BathThis bathroom remodel was designed by Nicole from our Windham showroom. This remodel features Cabico Essence cabinets with maple wood, Stretto door style (flat panel) and Bonavista (blue paint) finish. This remodel also features LG viatera Quartz countertop with Rococo color and standard edge. This also was used for shelves in the shower. The floor and shower walls is 12” x 24” by Mediterranean with Marmol Venatino color in honed. The shampoo niche is also in the same tile and color but in 2” x 2” size in honed. Other features includes Maax tub in white, Moen chrome faucet, Kohler Caxton white sink, Moen Chrome Showerhead, Moen Chrome Valve Trim, Moen Flara Chrome light fixture, Moen chrome Towel Ring, and Moen chrome double robe hook. The hardware is by Amerock with Chrome Handles and Knobs.

Denise Quade DesignA tile and glass shower features a shower head rail system that is flanked by windows on both sides. The glass door swings out and in. The wall visible from the door when you walk in is a one inch glass mosaic tile that pulls all the colors from the room together. Brass plumbing fixtures and brass hardware add warmth. Limestone tile floors add texture. A closet built in on this side of the bathroom is his closet and features double hang on the left side, single hang above the drawer storage on the right. The windows in the shower allows the light from the window to pass through and brighten the space.
