"Budget Friendly" Decorating and Staging

Transitional Living Room, DC Metro

This is one of my favorite window treatment creations! No need for curtain rods. All you need is a picture hook and rubber band! Yes, rubber band! Pleat the top of the curtain by folding like a paper fan. Hold the fold together by wrapping a rubber band around the top of the curtain. The fold will create a very pretty fan at the top of your curtain. Place a picture hook at the desired level on the top of the window opening. Attach the curtain by placing the rubber band onto the picture hook. Presto! You have an instant window treatment for pennnies on the dollar! Photo by TRANSFORMATIONS, LLC
