This intimate terrace upon a Chicago high-rise has beautiful skyline views. Craig Bergmann incorporated colorful furniture with elegant, sleek planters filled with fall annuals. Evergreen trees provide vertical structure and a basalt column water feature mimics the buildings beyond.
