Our proposal at Coalwharf Road pioneers a sustainable development that is inspired by the dramatic character of the nearby Georgian architecture and industrial harbour side history of Wisbech. The building sits lightly on the site and the water’s edge, accommodating a mix of uses and forming a gateway into Wisbech. The project aims for Code for Sustainable Homes – min CSH rating of Level 4
