Contemporary kitchen update

Contemporary Kitchen, Toronto

This photo shows how the coffee bar near the entry continues into the work area. The counter and all lower cabinets were were all retained and refaced, while the upper cabinets were replaced and reconfigured. For a unique touch, the upper on the far left was designed to extend beyond the wall and continue into the coffee bar area, echoing the effect of the counter below. As a bonus, the new larger uppers offer loads more storage for spices and oils right at the stove, where they're needed. Much appreciated by this avid cook!
