he kitchen features gently curved cabinets in metallic silver, from Stoneham’s Fusion range and are complemented by the rounded edges of a Corian deep black quartz work surface. LED lights fitted underneath the worktops add subtle ambience and in a nod to the 1950s material of choice, metal finishes feature heavily throughout.

Continuing on from past works at this beautiful and finely kept residence, Petro Builders was employed to install a glass-walled lift and bathroom extension. In a simultaneously bold and elegant design by Claire Stevens, the new work had to match in seamlessly with the existing house. This required the careful sourcing of matching stone tiles and strict attention to detail at both the design and construction stages of the project. From as early as the demolition and set-out stages, careful foresight was required to work within the tight constraints of this project, with the new design and existing structure offering only very narrow tolerances. True to form, our site supervisor Stefan went above and beyond to execute the project.

Design ideas for a large contemporary playroom for teens and girls with pink walls, vinyl flooring and wallpapered walls.

This generous family garden has been brought up to date with a simple, contemporary material palette of light grey tones and crisp white render. The design incorporates turning an old garage into a new cabana with the addition of sliding and bi-fold doors. This natural extension to the pool area creates multiple entertaining spaces and when combined with a generous lawn area the new garden is now able to cope with the growing needs of a young family. Dense perimeter planting provides the necessary privacy screening and creates a lush green backdrop. A combination of more traditional and contemporary plantings as well as a small kitchen garden further soften and define key areas.

Les meubles ont été spécialement conçus sur mesure pour s'adapter à l'architecture de l'appartement, offrant ainsi de nombreux rangements. Après quelques hésitations sur les échantillons, ils ont fait un choix audacieux avec une teinte rose antique pour leurs façades, offrant un contraste élégant avec le marbre blanc. Le projet a impliqué un déplacement complet de la cuisine et une révision totale de l'espace du sol au plafond. Pour cette réalisation, ils ont été accompagnés d’un architecte et de Tiphaine, conceptrice chez Boma. Luxury wardrobes and drawers designed, handmade and fitted complete with mirrored doors and pull out rails in the wardrobes. For the project, we were responsible for the both the designing and making of the furniture and the electrics within the bedroom. We also restored the Victorian oak staircase to it's former glory.
