Contemporary Bathroom, Denver

This downtown Aspen condominium was originally transformed as a development project for Rowland + Broughton. The renovation of the 1960s structure gave the firm an opportunity to experiment freely with materials and hone their architectural skills. Two bedrooms and one-and-a-half baths were reconfigured to create two bedrooms and two full baths. The interior’s palette of contrasting wood against cream walls highlights the millwork to create a modern and bold look.
