Deltec Homes makes it easy to incorporate a two-story design element into your dream home. Our Open to Below kit allows you myriad design options for opening up your home, as well as another great way to define rooms or spaces in your floor plan without adding walls.
The kit comes with all of the components required to modify the floor system. It uses Parallam beams in place of the floor trusses in the open sections.
