Dining Room with Mural
Traditional Dining Room, Los Angeles
A hand-painted mural featuring an ancient harbor is the focal point in this room. For the buffet, we used a Chinese dresser with a high gloss finish. Four upholstered armchairs are used in place of traditional dining chairs for a relaxed "stay as long as you like" invitation to their guests. A nautical style chandelier from Williams Sonoma Home is placed over a wood inlay dining table. The straight legs of all pieces in this room help to give it a cohesive feeling.
