This was and ordinary track home that needed some personality and warmth. My clients had amazing taste and were open to ideas to create this space. The beams were faux and made to add interest to an otherwise boring ceiling line stained a shade darker than the beautiful wood floors. The lighting by Currey & Co were overscaled enough to make a statement over the island. The contrast of the grey island with the custom white cabinets sets the stage for an elegant open space. The glass La Cantina doors bring the outdoors inside for the San Diego living space!
