This client wanted to make a substantial update to the exterior character to their home, making if feel more like a craftsman bungalow. No changes were made to the foot print of the home. A new covered porch with stone columns and gabled dormer were designed and built. New trim including a plinth were added to the new deep-set windows throughout. Board and batten Hardie Siding replaced the previous vinyl siding.
