and well designed space, although it is only a 5" x 8" bathroom, a 43" floating vanity (with storage) was incorporated, a full size bathtub, toilet and open shelves for linens and accessories. Kept the colour pallet neutral with the greys and whites with a strong punch of colour in the accessories.

To do that, we chose a palette with rich colors and textures. In terms of budget, we used materials from high end brands like Walker Zanger, and cost effective porcelain tile from Home Depot.

New Legacy Construction LLCWe removed a bulkhead from over the tub giving it some height. Went with as much white as possible to declutter the space and anchored it with a dark textile pattern floor. LED can lights brighten the space and the glass doors further opened up the space.
