Ce petit jardin s’inspire des jardins ouvriers de banlieue. Nous en avons emprunté les codes et matériaux typiques : briques, tomettes, bois, petit potager et compost. Dans ce jardin tout en longueur, nous avons choisi de découper l’espace en plusieurs pièces : « l’entrée », « le sous-bois », « la terrasse », « le jardin ». Autour de l’organisation de chaques espaces, la végétation évolutive marque ces différentes pièces. Au centre du jardin, la terrasse se déploie sous une pergolas en bois brut composée d’une banquette plantée et ornée de deux miroirs qu’encadrent les jasmins et les rosiers grimpants.

For our project "Everything Under the Sun" the home owner had come to us wanting to incorporate design elements from his Spanish heritage. Little details such as the warm toned materials chosen in the patio and walling stone helped to accentuate this influence. Feature elements such as the fire bowls, pizza oven and custom designed pergola were the finishing touches of this Mediterranean styled design.
