Gig Harbor Remodel

The small family home was in the need of a major remodel if all the generations were to fit.
The focus of the remodel was to relocate the entry to make the front of the home more prominent, to add an attached garage for both vehicles and one for the water sport toys, to open up the main floor plan of the home, and to add a second floor for bedrooms.
One of the unique issues when designing this addition to the home was the setback. Portions of the addition needed to step in order to make sure we remained within our setbacks.
Now with plenty of space the homeowner has recreated the family home, a home where they can have all three generation living under one roof.
