Hello, Hello, I am Looking for a Company that could undertake an complete renovation of property and go through the planning and execution of converting a house to a 5/6 unit property. We are considering acquiring the property and need an estimate of cost. Please find attached the property 9 bedroom property for sale in Aldborough Road South, Ilford, IG3 - Guide price £1,250,000 (bairstoweves.co.uk) Project will be to convert to a 5/6 unit studio, roof terrace for the top floor studios, storage unit, laudry room, garden space, extensive carpentry work What I need is an estimate per sq meter to see the feasibility of the project. The property in terms of costing need to take into account the following The project will be for rented accomodations so the internal work will have a more affordable budget, with the exception being extensive carpentry work to make use of space.
