Inspiration for a modern kitchen in Hampshire.

Hannah & Ben’s Handleless Kitchen

Modern Kitchen, Hampshire

When we first met Ben and Hannah in the spring of 2022, their new house hadn’t been built, and so we initially worked from their architect’s drawings. Working closely together we designed a stunning kitchen which was perfect for their self-build family home. Fast forward to the summer of 2023, the build is almost finished and the kitchen has been installed. As you can see from our photos, the design and style of Ben and Hannah’s kitchen works beautifully with the style of their new home. They chose Inkwell Blue for the main part of the kitchen and Heritage Grey for the island. Both of these colours really complement each other. They also opted to use 2 contrasting materials for their worktops, with oak on the island and quartz on the main kitchen. This looks really great, and the oak has also been used on the kitchen window cill. The main kitchen has 4 smart looking black glass ovens and combi microwaves from Caple. These offer a wide range of cooking functions and are perfect for catering for a busy family! They are also wifi enabled and can be operated via an app. The island has a high quality induction hob with a glass downdraft extractor (both from Neff). It also has a built in wine cabinet and an informal seating area. A stunning kitchen in a gorgeous new home. Furniture: Masterclass Sutton Silk in Inkwell blue and Heritage Grey, and Portland Oak handle rail. Worktops: Calacatta Dorada quartz and Oak.
