Pour ce premier achat immobilier, notre cliente souhaitait optimiser sa petite surface en créant de nombreux rangements et en séparant bien chaque espace. Le coin nuit est donc isolé par une verrière et un store pour ne pas le cloisonner et réduire l’espace. On trouve des rangements ultra fonctionnels dans l’entrée/dressing, sous le lit mezzanine ainsi que dans la cuisine. Le bois sombre du parquet que l’on retrouve également par petites touches dans le reste de l’appartement permet d’ajouter du caractère à cette petite surface !

Shankar lebt in seinem Ein-Zimmer-Apartment auf gerade mal 26m² in München. Das meiste Leben spielt sich in dem Hauptraum ab, Essen, Arbeiten, Schlafen auf einem Schrankbett und Fernsehen auf einem Gästesofa. Mit der Tiny House Strategie für kleine Wohnungen wurde Shankars Wohnung so richtig umgekrempelt. Im Bad wurde ein besonderes Augenmerk auf ausreichend Stauraum sowie pflegeleichtes Design gelegt. Shankars Küche ist 2qm groß. In seiner neuen Küche wurden 50% Prozent mehr Stauraum untergebracht. Es wurde Platz für ein Mikrowellen – Ofengerät sowie Einbaukochfeld gefunden sowie mehr Stauraum geschaffen. Die Küche ist zudem freundlich, hell und ergonomisch. Ein paar Wochen nach Fertigstellung des Projekts hat Shankar mich angerufen und begeistert erzählt, dass er sich viel gesünder ernährt, er hat angefangen Sport zu machen und was er vorher sich überhaupt nicht getraut hat, er lädt jetzt Freunde zu sich nach Hause ein. Die Erfahrung von Shankar ist beispielhaft für das Zitat von Sir Winston Churchill: „Zuerst prägt der Mensch den Raum, dann prägt der Raum den Menschen“. Shankar hat den Einfluss seiner Wohnung auf seine Gewohnheiten unmittelbar gespürt. Niché dans le 15e, ce joli 63 m² a été acheté par un couple de trentenaires. L’idée globale était de réaménager certaines pièces et travailler sur la luminosité de l’appartement. 1ère étape : repeindre tout l’appartement et vitrifier le parquet existant. Puis dans la cuisine : réaménagement total ! Nous avons personnalisé une cuisine Ikea avec des façades Bodarp gris vert. Le plan de travail en noyer donne une touche de chaleur et la crédence type zellige en blanc cassé (@parquet_carrelage) vient accentuer la singularité de la pièce. Nos équipes ont également entièrement refait la SDB : pose du terrazzo au sol, de la baignoire et sa petite verrière, des faïences, des meubles et de la vasque. Et vous voyez le petit meuble « buanderie » qui abrite la machine à laver ? Il s’agit d’une création maison ! Nous avons également créé d’autres rangement sur-mesure pour ce projet : les niches colorées de la cuisine, le meuble bas du séjour, la penderie et le meuble à chaussures du couloir. Ce dernier a une toute autre allure paré du papier peint Jungle Cole & Son ! Grâce à la verrière que nous avons posée, il devient visible depuis le salon. La verrière permet également de laisser passer la lumière du salon vers le couloir.

Quand un photographe vient shooter la cuisine de Mme C, je suis obligé de partager avec vous son travail. Les photos sont vraiment superbes ! Ces nouveaux luminaires sont tout simplement parfaits. Ils donnent encore plus de cachet à la pièce. Maintenant que Mme C s’est appropriée sa nouvelle cuisine en y intégrant ses objets personnels, je la trouve encore plus accueillante et chaleureuse. Comme quoi, il y a encore une différence à prendre en compte lorsque vous regardez une cuisine fraîchement installée et une cuisine aménagée.

How do I choose my kitchen units and cabinets?

It’s always best to overestimate how much kitchen storage you’ll need as we all tend to have a habit of filling up whatever current space we have to the maximum. Next you can consider kitchen cabinet style and colour. Shaker style cabinets and raised and recessed panel cabinets offer a more traditional kitchen cabinet look, while flat panel cabinet doors tend to lend more to the modern and contemporary style. However, going for raised or recessed panel work in a striking colour such as dark blue, green or black can still work with contemporary kitchen ideas. White kitchens can give a sleek and clean feel, but remember you may have to do a bit more cleaning of those cupboard doors if you want everything to stay shiny and fresh. You can also look at corner drawers and cupboards that open up to reveal lots of extra storage.
