This first phase of construction also included taking the narrow, awkward, L-shaped master bathroom and opening it up and reorienting it. The toilet is now more private in its own water closet, separate from the sinks, glassed-in shower, and a deep, spacious tub. The entire room is tiled floor to ceiling in neutral, soothing-toned, eco-friendly porcelain; our use of one material throughout creates ease for the eye; a gentle backdrop to the light and lake views reflected by multiple mirrors, drawing the outside, in.
