Lille white marble fireplace
Traditional Dining Room, London
This is a beautiful Lille fireplace hand carved from white marble. It has a matching box and lipped hearth and inner hearth. The slips are slate with a Straight Georgian basket (photoshopped in at the cutomer's request to show what it would look like).
The detail on the relief carving is extremely intricate, especially on the Acanthus leaves on the jambs.
