Crystal City Condo - Before

The new owner, a Chief Scientist for the US Air Force and a technological futurist, was looking for a modern aesthetic touch for his new high-rise condo located in Crystal City, Arlington. The new home featured sweeping views from DC to the Potomac, Alexandria, and Reagan National Airport and needed to reflect the same from the inside.
Courthouse Design/ Build completed a total gut job, re-designed and renovated the entire condo. We stripped glued-down wood floors, removed walls enclosing the kitchen, and created a spacious, open interior filled with natural light.
