Mahogany Entry
The previous entry was painted shingles. By changing out the entry door and sidelight to mahogany with reeded glass, it was clear the surrounding material had to change. After briefly considering Ipe, the decision was made to use mahogany in alternating widths. The effect is mesmerizing.
