Mid Century Home on Spa Creek

Traditional Kitchen, DC Metro

This 1950's home on the shores of Spa Creek in Annapolis, Maryland was due for a makeover. The kitchen was built in two sections, the Main kitchen and the Caterer's kitchen behind. The brick chimney was hidden in the wall and discovering it was a big surprise on demo day! We quickly made it a feture of the kitchen. We boxed it in with a glass fronted cabinet and installed shallow depth glass shelves in the 6 inches of space that we had left. The Historic Annapolis committee did not want us to add the left window over the sink, but we prevailed.
